Processing purposes; categories of relevant personal data; information on recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data have been or will be disclosd, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations; if possible, the plannd period of personal data storage, and when it is not possible, the criteria for determining this period; information on the right to request the administrator to rectify, delete or limit the processing of personal data concerning the data subject, and to object to such processing; information on the right to lodge a complaint.
Data must comply with this request
With the supervisory authority; if the personal data have not been collectd from the data subject – all available information about their phone number list source; information on automatd decision-making, including profiling, and – at least in these cases – relevant information on the rules for making decisions, as well as on the significance and expectd consequences of such processing for the data subject. In turn, Article 15 par. 3 of the GDPR refers to the right to obtain a copy of personal data by imposing on the controller the obligation to provide the data subject with a copy of the data subject to processing.
Response to a request to delete personal
If the data subject requests a copy electronically, and unless otherwise indicatd, the information shall be providd in a commonly usd USA Business electronic form. At this point, it should be emphasizd that the right to inspect the data, including obtaining a copy of the data, is not tantamount to the right to obtain mdia (files, documents) in which the data is containd. The regulations do not impose an obligation on the data controller to provide copies of paper documents or electronic files containing personal data.
